beneficiaries with Medicaid receive 90% of their benefits, while poor
beneficiaries in <st1:City w:st="on">Orleans</st1:City>, <st1:place
w:st="on">Jefferson</st1:place>, St. Bernard, and Plaquemines Parishes receive
85% of their Medicare benefits.</FONT></P>
