[MarignyBywater] Halloween Trick or Treating

The Marigny rectangle used to be much more friendly to Trick-or Treaters when the Sts. Peter and Paul Church was open. Children from the church came by regularly.  Since the church has closed there are far fewer children and their parents out and about on Halloween night.
