[MarignyBywater] a question about Halloween

I have a son and this will be the first Halloween he is able to really walk around and I would like to take him trick-or-treating a little bit.  This is also our first year here in the Marigny and I am wondering if trick-or-treating is something the neighborhood usually participates in?
